Great apartment

Lovely comfortable bedroom, lots of extra blankets provided, sofabed in the kitchen/living room. Nice soft towels in the bathroom. Spacious apartment, decent kitchen. Easy for sightseeing as I hired a moped, easy to park on surrounding street. Not sure about public transport in Turin.

Shower wasn't easy to use and bedroom could do with proper curtains to keep the light out.

Divano letto da cambiare!!

L'appartamento tutto sommato era accogliente ma per DUE PERSONE

Il divano letto non può (e non dovrebbe) essere affittato come terzo posto letto perché è impossibile dormirci. Materasso (se così si può chiamare) bassissimo ma soprattutto si sentivano tutte le doghe e le molle. Noi abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci per poter riposare qualche ora. Per ottenere un buon punteggio basterebbe investire in soluzioni seppur economiche ma migliori!

4 NOTTI ALL'INSEGNA DELLA SCOMODITÀ

Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura per 4 notti, fuorviati nella scelta dalle precedenti recensioni entusiastiche. Sorvolando il fatto che sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto come è normale oggi, lasciando perdere l'odore fastidioso (pesce, aceto) che ci ha accolto, e il fatto che l'appartamento è molto datato e poco curato, il vero limite di questa casa è venuto fuori la prima notte: assolutamente inaccettabile oggi pensare di dormire in un materasso del genere, scomodissimo, vecchio e con le molle che si conficcavano tra le costole, che al mattino era completamente deformato, con conseguenti notti insonni e risveglio con dolore alla schiena. (Foto) Se poi aggiungiamo che appena segnalato alla proprietà, siamo stati ignorati e ci ha risposto solamente la notte del giorno dopo, soltanto perché abbiamo contattato booking, lo sconsigliamo anche per il menefreghismo dell'host. Abbiamo dovuto rivestire il materasso con i piumini presenti in casa per poter attutire un po' il problema, visto le notti ancora davanti. A tutto questo si aggiunge: CONTRO 1. Impianto elettrico fatiscente, rumoroso e con prese che si staccavano dalla parete (foto) 2. Wc pericolante staccato dal pavimento (foto) 3. Supporto telefono doccia rotto (foto) 4. Divano letto durissimo e vecchio, non ci si poteva nemmeno sedere per guardare la tv 5. Materiale primario in cucina ridotto all'osso carente di (tovaglia, presine, insalatiera, mestoli, macchina da caffè, un fornetto microonde), necessario per chi come noi doveva trascorrerci 5 giorni 6. la Tv si accendeva/spegneva/alzava volume/cambiava canale da sola durante tutto il giorno (sicuramente TV uguale ad altro vicino con telecomando uguale) 7. Assenza di informazioni per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti (abbiamo chiesto informazioni al bar sotto) 8.

Turijn

Prima plek om in een paar dagen Turijn te bezoeken. Leuke prijs. Met openbaarvervoer (op de hoek) sta je snel in de stad. Auto konden we voor de deur parkeren. Grote supermarkt vlakbij.

Let op... met het telefoonnummer moet je een whatsapp aanmaken, zo kan je contact maken en om de sleutel vragen. Telefoon wordt niet opgenomen.

Buona Sistemazione

L'appartamento aveva quasi tutti comfort, pulito accessoriato, aveva per fino delle provviste alimentari, apprezzato la presenza del caffè giusto per due colazioni,, zucchero, sale olio perfino della pasta c'era. Vicino alla fermata dei bus che ti portavano in centro anche a Venaria stessa linea. Parcheggio gratuito, ovviamente non riservato ma in strada abbondante al ombra e non. Vicino alla fermata del bus che ti porta sia in centro ma stessa linea arriva anche a Venaria per visitare la Villa Reale e i suoi meravigliosi giardini. Si trova in periferia ma in 20/25 minuti sei in zona centrale. Facilmente anche il ritorno con più possibilità di bus. Li vicino c'è tutto, bar, tabacchino , ristoranti, centri commerciali. Secondo piano con ascensore

Al arrivo, ho affaticato tanto per capire dov'era, non era facile, visto che si trova in un condominio di 9 piani. Neanche assistenza Booking mi è stato d'aiuto. Il numero di telefono è presente, ma nessuno ha scritto che non è per chiamate. Comunque alla fine da un sms inviato, ho ricevuto subito la risposta WhatsApp con le istruzioni per entrare in appartamento. Non presenza di persona, ma tutto fatto da remoto. Non c'è aria condizionata, e se soggiorni, come noi a metà agosto, era dura dormire, nonostante presente un ventilatore.

Praktisch appartement voor een bezoek aan Turijn.

Ruime slaapkamer en balkon waren fijn. Er is goede wifi. Aan de overkant van de straat was de bushalte naar het centrum van Turijn. Daarmee was je in een minuut of 20 in het centrum van de stad. Elk kwartier rijdt er een. Verder was ook de Conad aan de overkant van de straat en waren er ook andere winkels en supermarkten vlakbij. De eigenaar reageert snel en we konden zelf inchecken.

De bedbank ligt erg slecht en moet vervangen worden. Stopcontacten zijn wat verouderd.

Appartement met uitdagingen voor een mooie prijs!

De prijs-kwaliteit was echt wel ok. Je krijgt veel faciliteiten voor een mooie prijs. Het appartement ziet er goed uit qua interieur, goed verzorgd.

De slaapbank kan echt niet gebruikt worden als bed. We hebben alle dekens gebruikt zodat onze dochter toch redelijk de nacht kon doorkomen. Daarnaast was de douche stuk. De douchekop moet met een hand vastgehouden worden, blijft niet in het systeem staan, waardoor haren goed wassen een uitdaging is. Rustig aan op het toilet, de pot zit los. Droogrek zou een fijne toevoeging zijn op de wasmachine. Kleren laten drogen is weer een andere uitdaging

Nous avons aimé la chambre décorée avec goût et la literie ! La sympathie, la bienveillance et la réactivité de l'hôte sur l'emplacement et si l'on avait besoin de quoi que ce soit :-) La propreté de l'appartement était très bien !

Malheureusement en dépit de la volonté de l'hôte, le bruit extérieur et du voisinage était quand même omniprésent ce qui n'a pas permis de passer une nuit agréable,les murs étant très fins. Quelques points sont améliorables pour rendre l'expérience encore meilleure : bouilloire avec quelques sachets de thé, produit vaisselle, précisez qu'il n'y a pas de produits pour la machine à laver...
