Belle-áme Self catering Accommodation

The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to meet my needs. My phone died at the airport so I could not arrange an Uber. I sent the host a message from my husband's phone. She was very helpful and assisted and even checked up on us if we were sorted with transport. Then our lighter we bought didn't want to work, we once again sent her a message asking for a lighter and within 5 minutes she gave us a lighter. And we could have a lovely braai with our kids. She even checked up on us the Saturday if we are ok and if there is anything we need. The welcome we felt at this establishment was very much appreciated as it was my birthday weekend.

There's nothing we didn't like. As the host was most welcoming and friendly, checked up on us met our needs.

Friendly owner who was more than willing to assist in any way. Great location for access to the shops and event I was attending. Plenty of room and wifi was easy to connect and continuous. Great to have secure garage for my vehicle.

Hot water was an issue but fixed quickly. A little noisy during the night but the owners were great in sorting this out. Cooking facilities were ok but limited meal preparation.

I enjoyed staying here. It was peaceful, relaxing and private. The host was always available and never intrusive, friendly kind and patient. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and this place caters for all your needs. It is close to shops and the city. Good for business or leisure trips. Great place and highly recommended.

Nothing comes to immediate mind on anything that I could say requires improvements

Pool, sehr zentral gelegen, nette Gastgeber

Boden könnte sauberer sein ;-)
