Excellently located within walking distance of most amenities. Comfortable beds and clean sleeping arrangements. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who took time and effort to get to know the guests. Enjoyed the garden area

The location! I could walk to Checkers, the museum and the botanical garden
Broken blinds in room. 4 small lockers and 1 outlet for 6 beds. Old magazines around. Often NO staff around. No one to greet me upon arrival at 2:00 PM. No hand soap or towel in bathroom, tub was dirty, I cleaned to use but ran out of hot water. Inside fridge was not clean, kitchen greasy. Huge desk in hall difficult to walk around…
