Lovely clean, quiet caravan site, close to Mablethorpe. The chalet is a really good size, very well equipped with everything you need. TV had a great variety of channels and great Wi-Fi. Clean chalet and comfortable beds. Great communication from owner. Would definitely stay again.

A minor point but thought I’d mention. The curtains in the bedrooms are light in colour & would benefit from darker ones or black out blinds so it isn’t as bright first thing in a morning 🌞

Location and cheapness of the stay

The accommodation needs a little tlc

The location was excellent. I've stayed on this site before and it's a short walk to the beach. The accommodation was everything we expected it to be. No frills or fancies, just good accommodation at an outstanding price. It was well equipped and we didn't mind bringing our own towels and sheets because that was reflected in the price. The on site bar is OUTSTANDING. We ate there 3 times in 2 days because the food is exceptional. Their chef honestly needs a payrise. The main shops, restaurants and amusements are about a mile away, but it's a flat walk so nothing strenuous!

This is honestly so minor that it's barely worth mentioning but we visited when the weather hit 30+ degrees and the chalet was like a sauna. Even with the windows and doors open, it was still uncomfortable. A desktop / floor fan would've been great to have in the accommodation. This is the only reason I haven't given 10 stars. (I would've given 9.5 if it was an option!)

The location was perfect. We have noise anxious dogs who had an amazing holiday. There was no noise from neighbours or the on site facilities. It was a very convenient distance to both Mablethorpe and the beach.

The accommodation is dated. It feels like it's more of an opportunity to earn some extra money when it's not being used by its owner as the feel of it is very used. We were a little disappointed by the lack of clarity around the provisions. As the grammar used in the advertisement suggested that linen and towels were provided, but in fact they weren't. So that incurred an extra expense for us. But the owner was easily contacted and directed us to the nearest place.

Location and friendly neighbours. Dog friendly and parking almost at the property. Easy access via a key safe. Visiting family so wasn't our main place to stay and added on to be able to meet up. Equipment was pat tested for safety We had to take our own bedding and towels but please put this in the description on booking.com not afterwards as a message.

As previously reviewed, it is a tired property and a few low cost alterations would make it perfect for families on a budget as well as putting your prices up a little more. Other chalets on the site are advertised on here and much better layout, please look at them Graham as I want you to do well going forward. We decided to leave early due to the uncomfortable mattress. We both have health issues and it was making them worse. As a landlord myself I recommend that 1 of the two sofas is removed as the property doesn't need both plus the armchair and buffet. Return the lounge back to how it is on the photos. Replace the cutlery with steel set so they don't attract the grime. Sorry, we couldn't use them as very small and like children size. Remove the bathroom shelves so you can get into the sink and shower which were outstandingly clean and modern. Replace the mattress as you can feel the springs. IKEA or Argos for around £100 Heating is several mobile type radiators but either blocked by sofas or blocking access to doorways. Please consider relocating the door to the bedroom one as a child could burn themselves to go through. Tell us where the light switches are, we eventually found them behind the fridge freezer but the lounge one doesn't work. Same with the WiFi we had to hunt and switch it on. I have attached some photos to help you decide for yourselves. Please note that the access is limited to use the kitchen if you are a larger person, over a ladies UK 16 as very tight. We didn't cook here at all.

The location of the property and size. TV and WiFi good. Never been anywhere with so much cleaning materials. Good value

Could do with a update every thing is a little bit tired. But expected at that price

Great location, short walk to beach Homely. Owner was quick to respond,friendly and communicative. Large shower. We had brought all our own cookware as chalets we have stayed in before weren't well stocked but this has everything a family needed for a stay.
