Charmant studio en bord de mer

Super place right in front of the beach! The host is very careful and always available! The apartment has everything u need.

It’s a very lively street, so sometimes it was loud outside. But again - therefore the beach is right there.

Lokacija je super, 50 metrov od plaže, javni prevoz blizu, trgovine in gostinska ponudba blizu. Gostitelj zelo prijazen, dostopen, vse je potekalo brez težav. Priporočam!!!

The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach and conveniently close to the bus stop for transport to and from Nice Airport. The apartment was also well equipped, with plenty of useful amenities, including a TV with Netflix, an air fryer, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. A very convenient and well-located place to stay.

Unfortunately, the apartment was delivered untidy, with items left behind by the previous tenant and cleaning products scattered around. The terrace was also dirty, with bird droppings on the table and chairs. Overall, it felt as though little attention had been given to cleaning and preparing the apartment between tenants. The apartment had also recently experienced a water leak from the flat above, which we had been warned about in advance. While this was not the owner's fault, it unfortunately added to the overall impression that the property needed more attention. The apartment was generally quite old and would benefit from a thorough renovation and a deep clean. With some investment and better preparation between guests, it could be a really nice place. The owner is very helpful, although he is remote and does not have direct control over the condition of the premises. One other point to be aware of is the location. The apartment is on the ground floor, just off a roundabout, and traffic noise is quite noticeable, particularly from around 7:00 in the morning.
