It's an amazing choice.

These apartments have an excellent location: a lot of restaurants for a different budget, stores and supermarket, the beaches and promenade and, it's a very important point - a train station located literally 30 seconds by walking. And, it's like a cherry on the top - really very friendly owner who is ready to help on 24/7.

Nothing, all was great and easy.

Perfect

The apartment was great, nice location close to the beach and train station to get to more beaches. The interior is out of a design hotel with modern finishings and tasteful decor. The property manager was very helpful and the hospitality was great as the hosts left some fresh water and wine for us. Air conditioning was great to have too.

Excellent place to stay to visit the area.

Very helpful and friendly hosts met us at the property. Location is superb; right by train station for getting into Monaco etc.; also 2 minute walk to beach. (great beach for swimming ). Lots of local shops and cafes. Apartment small but very well equipped and lovely decor.

Bathroom very cramped but limited by size of apartment.

Emplacement top à 30 minutes à pied de menton et tout près de la gare. Présence d'un parking Pièce de vie agréable

Salle d’eau vraiment très petite, coin wc minuscule Je pense que quelqu'un en surpoids ne peut pas passer et il serait bon de le préciser. Le chauffage se fait par 2 radiateurs deplaçable qui se branchent et il y a mieux mais il fait certainement rarement froid. Il n’y a pas de volets roulants, seulement des rideaux opaques qui laissent rentrer le jour malgré tout.

Solo un difetto al pavimento, una specie di buco, che andrebbe riparato.

Déçu

Le studio était très bien pour mon séjour. Il y avait tout le nécessaire, tout était propre surtout. Le parking fermé et sécuriser avec une place attitré rajoute un plus. C’était fonctionnel et conforme à la description. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir venir avec mon chien, ce qui est un vrai point positif.

Gros point négatif concernant l’insonorisation. On entend absolument tout, que ce soit les portes qui claquent dans les couloirs, les personnes qui parlent fort ou encore les voisins qui déplacent des meubles à toute heure. À cause de ce bruit constant et des personnes qui s’arrêtent parler pendant presque 1h devant la porte sans gêne. Ça a été très pénible que personne ne respecte la tranquillité de chacun.

La posizione, l’attenzione per l’arredamento, l’ottima distribuzione degli spazi e il posto auto riservato proprio sotto la finestra della stanza 😉 la vicinanza a Montecarlo che non si può non visitare almeno una volta 😘

La porta d’ingresso è troppo leggera e fa passare i rumori provenienti dall’atrio. All’ingresso c’è un leggero sfondamento del pavimento che andrebbe sistemato, onde evitare che l’ospite possa inciampare e rovinarsi il soggiorno e anche al proprietario

Tetszett a part közelsége és a zárt parkoló.

Hát hol is kezdjem. Ez egy pici studio, 1 főnek ideális. Régi korházi épület lett újjágondolva. Komfortosnak semmikép sem nevezném. Több hiányosság is volt. Kezdjük ott, hogy érkezés előtt 1 órával nekem kellett kapcsolatba lépnem az intézővel, mert semmi informâciót nem kaptunk arról, hogy hogy jutunk be az apartmanba. Nem volt szekrény vagy egy polc amibe(re) kipakolhattuk volna a ruháinkat. A padló lyukas volt. Nem volt szárító amin szâríthattuk volna a törõlközőket.(utólag kérésünkre hoztak egyet). Nem volt mosógép amiben kimoshattuk volna a ruhâinkat, (egy nyaralónak igenis fontos,bâr hely az volt neki), ellenben volt fiókba rejtett kuka, ami inkább idegesítő volt mint hasznos. Mobilklíma volt, amihez ki kell nyitni az ablakot, így annyit ért mint halottnak a csók. Éjszaka használhatatlan volt mert nagyon hangos volt,így aztán alig lehetett aludni a hőségtől. Sok host késztetést érez arra,hogy átverje a turistákat de ez az apartman nem ér többet €60-80/éj-nél. A €80-t a part közelsége miatt írtam, de csöppet sem kellemes a kutyahúgy szagú utcán odasétálni nap mint nap. Ne hagyjátok magatokat átverni,nézzétek meg alaposan, hogy mire adjátok ki a pénzeteket! Sajnos a Booking sem a ügyfélpârti, mert legszívesebben már az első nap elmentünk volna onnan, de mivel nem téríti vissza a kifizetett összeget így kénytelen az ember nyelni és nem elrontva a saját nyaralását végigcsinálni. Őszintén, alig vártuk az indulás napját! Az,hogy mindezek ellenére 5 pontot adtam az értékelésre azt jelenti, hogy nincs harag. De ide többet vissza nem jövünk.

Le personnel était fort sympathique (répond rapidement). Le studio est très bien situé, il est propre et est confortable.

Nous avons des soucis pour faire fonctionner le four et la hotte (il n'y a pas de bouton sur la hotte).
