It's a nice location if you want to stay a little way from the center of tourism, but not too far and close to the river for easy orientation. We also liked the wide and pleasant balcony.
The place is rather old and not very well-kept. It was hard to communicate with the owner, who insisted on communicating via booking.com communication system by email rather than directly by whatsapp. They did not provide the second set of keys at first, and it took too long to arrange for that, which interfered with our travel plans. Also, there wasn't enough supply of toilet paper, kitchen paper towls, dish soap, etc.
