Great relax!

Exceptional and spotless spacious sauna within well equipped, completely new spa. In general, a great concept, luxury apartments with all the amenities. Not missed anything. Completely new building, modern but still fitting to the mountains background. And I should not forget to mention covert, spacious parking with direct access to the elevator. Easy to bring stuff up to the apartment. Also being next to the main road to the glacier (windows were sound proof) facilitates access in any time/weather.

Short visit time. Next time we should stay longer. Make sure to check the events calendar.

The best apartment I’ve stayed at: spacious, luxurious, epic glacier views, great wellness.

This was honestly the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at in Austria. The apartment was huge, super modern, and everything felt really high-quality. I loved the two spacious bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries that had a lovely herbal scent. The kitchen was better equipped than my own at home – tons of pots, pans, and fancy Rosenthal dishes. The views of the glacier from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect base for via ferratas, cycling, and hiking. The wellness area was great, and everyone from the hosts to the reception staff was really friendly. We felt so good there we wished we could just move in – we’ll definitely come back.

Perfect both in winter and summer!

We’ve stayed at Elsa twice already. The first time was in winter for snowboarding and we loved it — not just the beautiful weather but also the excellent slopes. This time we visited in June and the summer stay was just as great. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. We also appreciated that you get a door code for both the building and your room, so no need to carry a key. Great sauna and pool for relaxing. The staff was fantastic - very friendly, helpful, and always ready to give advice or help out. We felt genuinely welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

Modern, Friendly New Apartment Hotel Minutes from the Ski Slopes

No keys. Keyless entry for the main entrance, room and the ski room, is such a convenience I am surprised more properties are not adopting this technology. The design and size of the rooms was great and we had two large bathrooms, which made getting ready for the ski slopes in the morning with my wife stress free -- having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was also a treat. We also enjoyed the bar area for some after ski local beers. The hotel is also located only short walk to either the chair lift or to the bus to reach the larger side of the mountain.

No complaints. The staff was friendly and attentive and everything worked as expected.

Super nowoczesny i wyposażony apartament. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba na tygodniowy i dłuższy pobyt :) Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Duży plus za strefę spa chociaż (dostępna w godz 16-20, mogłoby być do 22). Duży garaż podziemny. Na piechotę do stacji Eggalm Bahnen ~4-5 min w butach snowboardowych :)

Určitě se na toto krásné místo vrátím. Apartmán je hned u lanovky - takže v zimě v docházkové vzdálenosti na lyže a v lé

Apartmány jsou krásné, prostorné a vybaveny velmi kvalitně. Velmi jsem ocenila, že ačkoli je dům u silnice, skrze okna není provoz na silnici vůbec slyšet. Klidný spánek je tak zaručen. Krásné spa s bazénem a výborně vytopenou saunou je top. Vše je velmi čisté a personál vždy ochotný vám poradit a pomoci.

Modernes Haus mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann -- plus umwerfende Freundlichkeit

Die Lage ist perfekt, zwei Minuten von der Eggalm-Bahn. Tiefgarage im Haus ist ebenfalls wunderbar, besonders im Winter. Und ein weiteres hübsches Detail: Keine Schlüssel, sondern Zahlencode zum Türöffnen. Schnelles WLAN. Nicht zuletzt: der Blick vom Balkon -- immer grandios.

Pobyt byl vynikající – nic nám nechybělo

Všechno bylo naprosto perfektní od prvního dne. Ubytovali jsme se v moderním, prostorném a zároveň útulném apartmánu s plně vybavenou kuchyní, která disponovala kvalitními spotřebiči i kuchyňskými doplňky. Navíc v kuchyni byly základní suroviny jako sůl, pepř, olej, čaje, kafe... Úchvatný výhled z postele na ledovec celkový dojem ještě umocnil. Opravdový luxus byly 2 koupelny na jeden apartmán a spousta místa. Velmi mile mě překvapila při příjezdu podzemní prostorná garáž, ze které je přímý přístup do lyžárny i k výtahu. Díky tomu bylo stěhování velice pohodlné. Netaháte těžké tašky po úzkých schodech, ale jednoduše si skočíte hned v garáži do výtahu a vyjedete si do svého patra. Co se týče umístění, ELSA má skvělou polohu – snadno se z ní dostanete jak na ledovec, tak na okolní turistické stezky. Navíc má blízko supermarket Spar. V neposlední řadě musím vyzdvihnout příjemný personál, který byl maximálně ochotný, nápomocný a vždy dostupný. Ve zkratce: Pobyt byl vynikající – nic nám nechybělo. Každému doporučuji se zde ubytovat. Stojí to za to.

Modern, hochwertig und stilvoll gestaltetes Haus, mit Liebe zum Detail. Das gesamte Ambiente war einfach mega. Haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Das Gäste-Begleitteam war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es war wirklich mit Abstand das Beste, was wir je erlebt haben. PS: das angebotene Frühstück bekommt ebenfalls 10 von 10 Punkten.

Es gab wirklich nur tolle Bedingungen.

Perfekter Familien-Abenteuer-Chill-Urlaub

Wunderschönes Appartement – perfekt für Familien! Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber – ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Die Lage ist top: Man kann bequem zu Fuß zur Gondel gehen. Nach dem Skifahren haben wir die wunderschönen Saunen und den tollen Pool genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das supernette Personal und das liebevoll zubereitete, sehr gute Frühstück – einfach rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Absolute Empfehlung!
