The beds were too big for the rooms- access only on one side of beds, no room for bedside tables/lights. The en-suite was only discovered as we left when checking the wardrobe in the main bedroom - it was being mirrored wardrobe doors

The dryer was not working - we emailed but the reply was really late . Toilet Paper was NOT replenished -ended up buying some more. No spare towels for change and couldn't wash and dry because the dryer was not working. NOT told in advance that we needed a lighter to light stove elements to cook. (No lighter supplied at all).

didn't have breakfast at the property
key pick up/drop off. people didn't know anything about it. couldn't get in touch with either the number which was instructed to call and did at 9:20am to be told 'contacted out of hours' and then sent 4 messages asking for input as to how to go about drop off as the lock box code didn't work on any lockboxes. stressful at the time.
