Great location bus stop out the front of the balcony. The fridge door opens when you don't make sure it's closed. 2nd bathroom basin leaks. The lounge is stained very badly and is not comfortable / supportive. floor boards not layed properly are gaps all over in the floor. The shower in the main bedroom is very low for a dwarf or sitting on a chair. Not good if you are not a dwarf or you don't have a chair. pillow stained. Bath was excellent! other than the complaints all over fair.

Nice location and great for family
There is no ceiling fan or Air conditioner in the rooms and need more cleaning and change of sofa / lounge in living area.
