Staff molto gentile e premuroso, struttura ben organizzata con tutti i servizi, pulizia e accoglienza

The location was near Petra with just a short drive, the breakfast was delicious with an endless variety. The staff made omelets to order, provided unique tea flavors, provided vegetables and healthy food options along with local fare, like fresh bread from locals. If we needed support with tour guides, extra Information, they provided great information and helped us book guides, etc. We had children with us and they friendly and accommodating to all our needs, including drying a sweater when asked. Literally they went above and beyond during our entire stay. Would stay again!

The parking was a little sketchy but even that worked well and the car was safe and close the entrance so we didn't walk far. The bathrooms looked a little old but everything was clean and well stocked.

Die Lage war nicht schlecht, man konnte kostenlos an der Straße parken. Man ist in 5 Minuten (mit dem Auto) am Eingang von Petra. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und insbesondere im öffentlichen Bereich nicht mehr so gepflegt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber es gab keine Steckdosen in der Nähe des Bettes. Ansonsten war es gut eingerichtet und man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Hier sieht man deutlich, wie sehr Jordanien unter den Krisen in Nachbarregionen leidet. Viele kämpfen um das finanzielle Überleben in der Touristik-Branche. Es scheint das Geld für Reparaturen zu fehlen. Für den Preis kann man sich nicht beschweren, aber keinen Top-Luxus erwarten.
