Staff very so nice and helpful. The place itself is extremely nice and the location is beautiful 5 minutes away from the Petra site. It was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed. Would recommend to stay there.

The hotel is excellently located overlooking the town of Wadi Musa, and our (perfect) room was large, clean and welcoming with a decent balcony. There was ample parking space under the hotel, but the town is within walking distance if necessary. The staff were all absolutely lovely!
We found the breakfast and dinner options disappointing (although the staff were great). The pool was very cold given the late season, but also not made inviting with no staff present (no bar service, background music etc). But these are more suggestions than issues.
