Excellent hotel in town. Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our 2 night stay here. Sadly tourism is suffering so help these independent hotels. The finishing in the lobby and rooms is very nice. They offer a free shuttle to the visitor center and operate as needed. Highly recommended

Although it is a family owned boutique hotel, it boasts the quality and comfort on par with the big, international hotel chains. The interior is beautifully decorated in Egyptian style with a big, comfortable bed, a free minibar, A/C and heater, strong wifi, smart TV, super clean and beautiful bathroom with bath tub. We were the only 2 guests at the hotel at that time yet they still didn’t cut corners on the exceptional service. A generous breakfast is served on the top floor, with an amazing view of Petra from the window as the sun rises. Ali and his brother treat us like VIP. Met the father twice, dressed like a sheikh, he is always smiling and will make small talk with you to make you feel welcome. They are very friendly and helpful. U can get good suggestions on how to cover Petra and local food from them. They will drive u to Petra anytime, all the time! Free hiking sticks available to borrow at the hotel. They also brought our luggages to the bus station and helped us purchase the bus tickets as we were running out of time. We feel very safe in Petra. It is so calm and serene with helpful people all around. Super happy with our stay, the best hotel we stayed in Jordan!

Petra is only a 5-minute drive away, which made exploring one of the world’s wonders incredibly accessible. This was perfect for us as a family, allowing us to relax and enjoy the site without worrying about long travel times. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. It was a cozy retreat after a day of exploring, and we appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything spotless. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to start our day, and the friendly service added to the experience. Overall, Town Season Hotel Petra exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Petra, especially families, for its warm hospitality, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future!
