Location was perfect for us. Communication with hosts was excellent and they gave very clear instructions starting with how to gain access, parking, times of arrival and checking out, as well as responding promptly. Overall, the hosts were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
The flat is quite tired (both decor and fittings) and is due a refresh. It's poorly maintained with lots of scuff marks, and items which are standard elsewhere, like USB sockets near the bed and in living room, really need to be added. While this mainly wasn't a make-or-break deal for us I'm sure that this would help them get more bookings and possibly higher rental prices. And I would repeat that we really enjoyed our stay with one exception... ... the mattresses were far too soft and we found them very uncomfortable. During our 2 week holiday all the other places we stayed at had firm mattresses. Don't skimp on good mattresses!
