The apartment is in a great location and the building is of good quality. The unit itself is clean and very stylishly designed. The beds are comfortable. However when you look more closely the apartment is in disrepair. The bathroom sinks are delaminating and the showers have gashes in the floors. One showerhead sprays water from where it connects to the wall pipe. The mirror has a large crack which is trying to be hidden by a plastic plant. The grout on the sinks needs replacing. The electric kettle has so much scale on it that I can’t imagine anyone using it. There are only two forks and two teaspoons. Overall it is a comfortable unit for a night or two, but it needs some real attention and TLC.

The location is lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable and the building and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful. I will mention for future renters that the fob for opening the garage door does not open the main door of the apt. building. To open the main door, use the much smaller white fob on the key ring and hold it against the black plastic sensor mounted near the door. This was a detail that was not communicated to me, even after I asked about it.
