It was very clean and peaceful. It had the essential things. I sat down outside in the patio for a little bit and it sounded very piece full. I never heard anything around the street was clean and no strays walking around. I felt safe in this area and will be having this place as a consideration for another stay.
I did not feel safe going to the back of the house. It was dark and I was not sure if I was at the right property. it was hard to find the door code box because it was dark but it was easy to open. I wanted to verify I was at the right location but it was not hard to open door it was straight forward..

Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Kein Herd, die einzelnen Platten haben nicht funktioniert, keine Schneidemesser, Schneidebrett. Wer sich dort selbst versorgen möchte kann das nur eingeschränkt machen.

The location, parking facility, quiet area, close to Rodeo Drive street.
It seems that a house has been split to create different B&B apartments. Some locked doors connects to other apartments and you can hear the conversation of other guests. Air conditioner is loud and controlled externally, and each time that is connected a food smell can be noticed.

Great location, the owner took a while to respond to questions but they did try assist with leaking shower. It was great to have washer and dryer facilities.
The property was not clean, the showers leaked and the house had a stuffy smell. Kitchen lacked basic amenities but we did purchase a kettle and they did refund us. The 2 bedrooms are big but the home was not very clean and when you staying somewhere for 9 days we should be provided with cleaning products. The property had multiple people staying over so at times there was noise from the top.
