    It was a very piece full place, clean, well maintained.
    It was very clean and peaceful. It had the essential things. I sat down outside in the patio for a little bit and it sounded very piece full. I never heard anything around the street was clean and no strays walking around. I felt safe in this area and will be having this place as a consideration for another stay.
    I did not feel safe going to the back of the house. It was dark and I was not sure if I was at the right property. it was hard to find the door code box because it was dark but it was easy to open. I wanted to verify I was at the right location but it was not hard to open door it was straight forward..

    Great location, the owner took a while to respond to questions but they did try assist with leaking shower. It was great to have washer and dryer facilities.
    The property was not clean, the showers leaked and the house had a stuffy smell. Kitchen lacked basic amenities but we did purchase a kettle and they did refund us. The 2 bedrooms are big but the home was not very clean and when you staying somewhere for 9 days we should be provided with cleaning products. The property had multiple people staying over so at times there was noise from the top.

    It served the purpose for our short stay. But wouldn’t stay again!
    Lots of bed space and the area felt safe.
    As soon as we walked in the property had a very horrible smell. Which seemed to be worse in the bedroom with the two queens beds. There was no toilet paper in the property. Which the host did deliver a package the following day. Which was appropriated. The property is spilt in to different accommodations. Upstairs are very loud. So if you’re staying in the master room be prepared for an early wake up. A deep Clean could definitely be done!!

    Good option if you wanna just overnight in Beverly area
    The location, parking facility, quiet area, close to Rodeo Drive street.
    It seems that a house has been split to create different B&B apartments. Some locked doors connects to other apartments and you can hear the conversation of other guests. Air conditioner is loud and controlled externally, and each time that is connected a food smell can be noticed.

    It was a nice and peaceful stay. If one just needs a group stay and simply sleep and shower, this is a good place.
    It was simple, had multiple beds, had a working kitchen!
    Mirrors were only for tall people. If you’re under 5’5, you won’t see your face on the mirror. Also, the showers have gaps between the shower door and wall so water flows out. My friends and I were preparing for a festival and we had to make do with doing makeup on the big bedroom floor or the tables outside the rooms with small mirrors.

    For a house in such a nice area it was a little disappointing.
    This property was comfortable and clean. It’s a good location and close to the attractions we were going.
    The host was not very responsive, and I had to knock on the co-host’s door to get information. The listing states that it’s an entire house to yourself, but it’s actually a house divided into multiple Airbnb units, each with a private entrance. We stayed on the bottom level, and unfortunately, we could hear every footstep from upstairs due to the creaky floors, making it difficult to sleep in. Additionally, there was a protest at the nearby hotel, and the thin windows did little to block out the noise. Although I understand this was not the host’s fault, it was disappointing to arrive and realize we wouldn’t be able to sleep in as planned. We wanted to request a refund and pay only for the first night, but the host never responded to my message on the app. We tried going to office but it was just individual suites and I tried calling all the phone numbers provided but no one answered the phone or responded to my text. Also, the listing states “free parking,” but it only includes one car, which should be clearly stated in the description. If you have additional cars, you’ll need to park at Mr. C Hotel for an extra $77 per night. I was really looking forward to this vacation and spending quality time with my family, but unfortunately, starting at 6 AM, the creaking from upstairs and the protesters outside would wake us up. It made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy our stay.
