Perle des Sables Blancs, appartement entier à 100m de la plage avec parking privé

Prachtig, zeer smaakvol ingericht appartement op 100m van jet mooie strand Les Sables Blancs. 10 minuten fietsen van het Ville Close en van alle gemakken voorzien maar boven alles: heel smaakvol ingericht in Zee/Strand sfeer.

De buitenkant van het complex "Residence le Oceane" verdient een likje verf.

Emplacement idéal pour aller à la plage. Le centre ville est à 15-20 minutes à pied. Très charmant et lumineux studio, petit jardin agréable. Tout a été prévu et rien ne manque.

L'emplacement exceptionnel avec la voie verte qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Concarneau au calme et en toute sérénité. L'appartement est hyper équipé, le parking est un véritable plus.

The apartment was clean, modern and appeared to have been recently renovated. It had everything we needed for our stay, including towels, some toiletries, tea and coffee, cooking equipment, and some apple juice. It was quiet, had its own parking space, and the host was welcoming and friendly. There was also a TV, although we didn’t use it. The location was very convenient. The beach is less than two minutes’ walk away, probably about 100 metres. There are a couple of hotels nearby, along with a bar with a small shop and a pharmacy just a minute’s walk away. The main town centre of Concarneau is about a 20-minute walk along the promenade, which is a very pleasant walk. There is also a lovely cliff walk starting about five minutes from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

The exterior of the complex could do with a freshen-up. There was also a slight odour from the bathroom when we arrived, but this may simply have been because the shower had not been used for a while. It cleared after the second day and was not an issue once the bathroom door was closed.
