Perle des Sables Blancs, appartement entier à 100m de la plage avec parking privé

The apartment was clean, modern and appeared to have been recently renovated. It had everything we needed for our stay, including towels, some toiletries, tea and coffee, cooking equipment, and some apple juice. It was quiet, had its own parking space, and the host was welcoming and friendly. There was also a TV, although we didn’t use it. The location was very convenient. The beach is less than two minutes’ walk away, probably about 100 metres. There are a couple of hotels nearby, along with a bar with a small shop and a pharmacy just a minute’s walk away. The main town centre of Concarneau is about a 20-minute walk along the promenade, which is a very pleasant walk. There is also a lovely cliff walk starting about five minutes from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

The exterior of the complex could do with a freshen-up. There was also a slight odour from the bathroom when we arrived, but this may simply have been because the shower had not been used for a while. It cleared after the second day and was not an issue once the bathroom door was closed.

Das Appartement ist zwar klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum, sowohl im praktischen Vorraum, als auch im Bad. Ein großer Schrank ist außerdem vorhanden. Die Vermieterin stellt Kaffepads und Tee zur Verfügung, außerdem stand bei uns eine Flasche mit leckerem Apfelsaft zur Begrüßung da. Es wird an viele praktische Kleinigkeiten gedacht. Der Induktionsherd funktioniert superschnell. Der Parkplatz ist gleich um die Ecke und mit einer Schranke gesichert. Im kleinen Gärtchen (zur Straße) kann man gut Fahrräder deponieren. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in zwei Minuten am Strand, in etwa acht Minuten beim Bäcker und in etwa 15 Minuten in der Altstadt.

We travelled around Britanny for a week and this was by far our favorite place where we stayed the night. The appartment is located close to the sea, in a very quiet part of town. There was also parking available for the car. This is always a plus!

The host is super helpful! Great location, well designed layout, beautifully presented with an eye for interior decoration. Definitely good value for money, we will be back.
