Good size apartment. Sofa bed worked well in lounge. Location was easy to get into central Birmingham - buses or quick Uber. Large bathroom. Free and easy parking. Quiet and secure location. Simple key collection (it’s from location couple minutes from property). Good heating and hot water. Wi-Fi worked well.
There were only 2 large plates and there were 3 of us. Plates were dirty in the cupboard. We couldn’t get any standard TV channels only streaming services. Few items a bit old and decorating a little rushed but everything worked.

This was a great location - tucked away in a gated area off a busy road. No traffic noise though and good to know the car was off road. Bed was comfy and the living area was nice.
The bathroom is functional but a bit dated. Although there was basic crockery etc in the kitchen it wasn't overly generous - a few more mugs and glasses wouldn't go amiss.

The location was perfect and the facilities were good - probably needs a little tlc. We encountered a couple of slugs on the kitchen work surfaces on our first night, but apart from that it was fine.
There weren’t any negatives about this property, just needs to be freshened up a bit and maybe more light in the bathroom.

Location good and it was in a quiet, well maintained complex with parking
The mattress on the very small bed was saggy and lumpy. I slept on the sofa. The bedroom had no curtain, only a vertical, slatted blind which did not even reach as far as the windowsill.
Would have liked a tea towel in the kitchen and a new, clean dish scrubber
Strangely, no terrestrial TV channels, but host was able to sort us out with streaming
