Great spacious balcony overlooking the sea. Good air conditioning and floor to ceiling windows that slide open surrounding the entire living room. Nice closet space and good beds. Fast reply when we asked for an extra set of keys. Easy to take the bus into Alicante center. Nice covered assigned parking spot.

The first time you arrive it is difficult to park the car long enough in front of the building in order to go up to the apartment to get the remote to open the gate. Nothing they can do about it, but guests should know.

View, view and view. Mattresses were good, there was a possibility to order a baby cot for an additional cost. There was juice-maker and toaster (not working properly, though).

There were some ants in the evening when we checked in (not many, in our bedroom). In the morning there were thousands of them on the kitchen because we left some food on the table. However, no one informed us that this would be an issue. When I messaged the managing company about this, they just replied: “buy some insecticide and don’t leave food”. No “sorry for inconveniences”, “the owner will bring you the insecticide (it will be safe for your kid)”. The only reason we didn’t check out immediately (which we really wanted to do at that moment) was the fact that our kid was sick and there were no other good options available. One more thing-the flat wasn’t ideally clean - there were some dirty spots in the kitchen. Windows were dirty (and it’s a shame with such a wonderful view). There were no basics for cooking (no salt), no packages for garbage.
