Apartamento Voramar

Location was great, access to the sea and to the Tram network was excellent. You can walk through the La Isleta Tram stop (cross when on the green man). Google Maps has you walking round the outer road. To access the sea, go from the 6th floor to the 1st floor via the stairs. The same building key is used for all of the access doors and also to use the outdoor shower (that information should be in the apartment guide folder in the room).

The smell from the kitchen/bathroom was extremely bad. We left the sinks filled with water thinking there was no u-bend to stop the smell from the drains. We can only assume the smell comes from the washing machine/dishwasher cupboard in the kitchen and from the shower waste in the bathroom (although the kitchen was the worst). There was only a single air-conditioning unit in the living/dinning room area. This made it really ineffective for cooling the bedrooms at the other side of the apartment (my son pulled his bed/mattress to the living room floor). You need to take your rubbish to the bins on the street, the building doesn't seem to have any bins and no information detailing where the closest bins are located is in the apartment guide folder in the room. The bins I found were a 5 minute walk, turn right as you leave the building and follow the street to the stairs to the beach. The bins are located at the top of the stairs.

A szállás rendkívül jó helyen van. Közel van az állomás, ahonnan 3-5 megállóra van a központ (attól függ a parti sétányra akarsz e menni), 1 megállóra a nagy szupermarket, valamint a Lidl. A homokos part kb 3-5 perc séta, de a szállás közvetlen bejáratánál is be lehet menni a tengerbe, szuper tiszta itt a víz. Csodálatos kilátás az erkélyről, reggel kávé mellett fantasztikus. A szállás jól felszerelt, mi nem hiányoltunk semmit. Tiszta ágyneműk és törölközők, kényelmes ágyak. A konyha jól felszerelt, minden tökéletesen működik: a sütő, főzőlap, vízforraló, mikró, és a mosogatógép is. A mosógépet nem próbáltuk. Külön örültünk annak, hogy a szálláson van napernyő (kettő is), így le tudtuk vinni a strandra. Érkezéskor várt minket kávé a kapszulás kávéfőző mellett, volt bekészítve mosogatógép tabletta, szivacs, mosogató, konyharuha. A fürdőben volt WC papír, illetve kis pipere cuccok. A szállás tiszta volt. Csak ajánlani tudom. A szállásadóval nagyon könnyű volt a kapcsolattartás, minden üzenetre szinte azonnal válaszoltak. A kulcsátvétel nagyon egyszerű.
