In the immediate location there is very little. One restaurant and one cafe bar. Only a tiny supermarket. You need to get the bus into Alicante for everything else.

Not much to dislike

This apartment was perfect for 4 of us. It was exceptionally clean and had stunning views from the balcony. The checkin was straightforward, with someone meeting us and showing us to the parking and the apartment itself. The parking garage was very appreciated as we had a car and needed to park it somewhere every day. It was a larger SUV and we had no issues with parking it in the garage. The apartment was sufficiently furnished and the bathroom was large. The kitchen had mostly everything that we needed. It was nice to be able to have the windows completely blacked out with the shutters. We also loved that the apartment faces both sides of the building so if you open the windows in the living room and main bedroom and then on the other side in the kitchen and the other bedrooms, you can have a perfect breeze throughout. It’s important to note that although the beach is very close as you look at it, you can’t actually reach it in 50 meters, because there’s a tram line you can’t cross directly, so you have to walk about 5 minutes down the street to make it down to the beach. Not an issue at all for us. It was a safe area and a few stores nearby. Easy to get into the center by public transport.

The beds weren’t bad, but also not the most comfortable we’ve slept on. We did have a little back pain as they were a little too stiff for us. We did not like that there was only one long pillow on the double bed, that had to be shared between two people. We like having separate pillows as we turn at night and it’s not convenient that you can’t tuck the pillow how you like it without waking up the other person. The kitchen needed a few more rags for wiping the countertops and cleaning. The neighbors are a bit loud in the mornings and you can hear people moving around and talking in the mornings as they get ready for work and dragging their chairs as they ate breakfast, so that would wake us up. There was only one towel per person for the shower and one hand towel. It’s ok, but people need to be aware that if you’re going to go to the beach, you need to bring towels with you, otherwise you’ll be using your showering towel.

Asuntoon oli jätetty 1 rulla vessapaperia ,yhdet pyyhkeet ja ei ollut tyynyjä muita kuin sisustus tyynyjä joilla nukkua . asunto oli kylmä eikä asunnon omistaja puhunut englantia ollenkaan . asuntoon ei oltu jätetty esim .roskapusseja ,ei leivinpaperia, ei talouspaperia ei mitään. kaikki piti itse ostaa . kysyttiin että voisiko omistaja hommata potan sinne ,niin ei . se on kuulemma liian epähygieeninen. kaikki viestit hän kirjoitti Espanjaksi .
