The location is perfect and the view is stunning ! Furniture and decoration are nice. The balcony is huge!
The cleanliness and getting answer as if we were 5 years old. After we complain, and after we cleaned ourselves, they sent the cleaning team. And the linen are not good quality nor the pillows! Outside sofa needs a deep cleaning! I will refrain from putting up pictures but I truly hope they got the message!

Tolle Lage in Luz mit traumhafter Terrasse und Meerblick, alles Wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, gute Dusche. Schöne Deko. Handtücher für den Strand und Sonnenschirme vorhanden, was wirklich top ist! Kleiner Hausstrand direkt vor der Tür, zum Hauptstrand und Ort ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß über die Promenade. Easy Check In per WA & Schlüsselkasten, freundlicher Kontakt.

Die Lage und die Aussicht ist absolut top. Es gibt einen riesigen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Atlantik, dazu liegt die Wohnung mitten im kleinen Ort Luz, fussläufig zu den Stränden und zu netten Restaurants. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Das Bad ist ebenfalls neu und sehr sauber.
die Terassenmöbel müssten wieder mal gesäubert oder erneuert werden. Die Sitzgarnitur war voll mit gelben Flecken, der Tisch zum Teil verrostet. Die Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer, leider nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Unterhalb ist ein englischer Pub, hier kann es schon mal etwas länger laut werden. Das Treppenhaus passt absolut nicht zur Wohnung, hier riecht es extrem muffig.

View was amazing, lovely property and great location. Just like 2 minutes from the beach. I would definitely stay here again!
Only thing I would prefer is additional ACs or ceiling fans in the bedrooms, as it got slightly hot during the night.
