Sapa Garden Retreat

It’s in a great location just outside the town but still within walking distance. The gardens were beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff came in every day to clean and were very nice and friendly. The front desk staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a nice stay, doing everything they could to accommodate our needs

There was no fridge in the room, but the staff were happy to let us use the one they had in the kitchens.

What a lovely experience in the absolutely breathtaking SaPa! ❤️ Unfortunately, my itinerary was so packed with adventures that I barely had enough time to enjoy this beautiful retreat properly — and that’s probably my biggest regret! But what truly made my stay special was Sang, the wonderful young receptionist. She’s such a lovely, cheerful and charming person, and her kindness genuinely made a difference to my experience. Despite my very late check-in, Sang patiently waited for me and made sure I was warmly welcomed. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and caring, taking the time to make sure everything was arranged properly. She also helped me organise a motorbike rental, which turned out to be one of the best decisions of my entire SaPa adventure! It was extremely convenient, affordable and saved me so much time and hassle. Having the freedom to explore those spectacular mountain roads, valleys and breathtaking landscapes at my own pace was absolutely unforgettable. The retreat itself has a charming, peaceful atmosphere that suits the beauty of SaPa perfectly. I just wish I had stayed longer to appreciate it properly! SaPa completely stole my heart, and the genuine hospitality I experienced here made the trip even more memorable. A huge thank you to Sang and the team. Your kindness and thoughtful service really mean a lot to travellers like me. Absolutely loved SaPa, and I would happily return to Sapa Garden Retreat for a much longer stay next time! Highly recommended! ❤️

My only complaint? I didn’t book enough nights! 😂 My travel schedule was ridiculously packed, so I spent more time exploring the mountains than actually enjoying the retreat. Seriously, nothing negative to report from my short stay.

La disponibilité du personnel et la gentillesse

Rien !

Good peaceful location in a green environment. Soft music played throughout the day in the garden. The staff were really friendly. The place has a humble charm, which is nice. Breakfast offered a choice between two options.

The beds were a bit firm, and there was no bedside lamp to read by before going to sleep.
