Necesito que me reembolsen 1 noche, porque me enviaron mal las instrucciones y no pude entrar al apartamento la noche del 22/12 tuve que pagar un hotel por aparte y toda la responsabilidad es de quien me envió las instrucciones, incluso me las enviaron mal, desde que se rento el apartamento y tengo todas las pruebas documentadas. Comprendo que se cometan errores, pero en esta oportunidad tuve que pagar una noche extra en un hotel diferente, por ese error, solo estoy pidiendo que me reebolsen lo de 1 noche, que no logre entrar, porque me dieron mal la información, lo veo justo. The code was easy to receive. I liked that the place was ok for the price, however we only stayed for 2 days so we expected to pay less, it was somewhat comfortable and we had a blast. The beds were comfortale and the kitchen was nice. The rooms were very big and the living room and bathroom were nice and big too. The apartment was spatious and pretty with good ac.

The parking lot was way too small, my car almost did not fit. The gate to the parking lot fell when we tried to close it and my family and I had to pick it up and put it in the right spot. The bathroom toilet was loose and it wiggled when you sat on it. I had to pay a 300 dollar fee on arrival for a deposit, I consider this too much money and I did get it in return but it took way too long to be reimbursed. The curtains fell on us too, in general the place needs some fixes. Oh and the door was pretty unconfortable to open because there is a first aid kit hanging next to the staircase and one must go down a stair to be able to enter, if the door opened to the inside it might be easier to access.
