The space was nice and there was plenty of room for my friends and I.
Initially I thought there was supposed to be a working washer and dryer but the host pointed out to me that it never actually listed it in the description. The shades on several of the rooms were broken, there were roaches in the cupboards, and the bed I slept on (main room) was wildly past its prime (leaving me with an aching back every morning). The maid service was present in the building but did not come to the unit each day. If we needed something (like fresh towels) we had to proactively get them from the staff.

Building is well maintained. Apartment was super clean. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Beds are super comfortable. Communication was great. Loved the use of codes to enter
There is no private parking. I had to call to find out. This was not mentioned. The neighborhood doesn’t look safe. Some neighbors were noisy. Fortunately they stopped their party and nothing happened to my rental car

Nice building, bad area
Trash all over property. Pool area full of leaves. Apartment for 6 people, we had 2 wash clothes, no top sheets on 2 beds, no blanket on the third bed. Glasses for 4 people, we had 6. No elevator and we were on the second floor. No kitchen towels or dish cloth. Couldnt get 2 of the TVs to work, only 1 remote for the apartment, no remote for living room TVs or 2 of the bedrooms TVs. Microwave was filthy, stove was filthy.
