The location was amazing. Walkable to the main start of Calle Ocho in Little Havana and also Brickell City Centre. Host Diego was super responsive, checking in with us throughout our stay and being super attentive. His cleaning staff were also really friendly when we crossed paths. Area felt safe and parking was easy as lots of space to pull in and out. Lots of clean linens provided and basic toiletries. The space was clean and inviting.
Only gripe I have is that there was coffee filters but no coffee grounds or tea. I bought my own tea (typical Brit!) but usually US accommodations have a herbal tea and coffee as a minimum. Only needed to use the sofa bed one night out of the 4 we stayed, it was on a slant but still comfy.

It was comfortable and good value and was surrounded with trees like tropical vibe, good walking distance to food and restaurants and 2 gyms

Very easy to check and n. Just had messaged the door code on arrival both to the gate & the door. Very helpful and responsive.
Beware the mosquitoes! The garden area is lovely but it comes with the insects.
