Perfect accommodation for a short stay

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful and private accommodation, which was clean, modern and comfortable. It was well located for Henley centre and other surrounding towns such as Marlow. There was milk, tea and coffee provided which was a nice touch. We would definitely return.

An excellent accommodation at an affordable price.

Everything about the Garden Room was exceptional. It is essentially a tiny one bedroom house set in the corner of a private back garden with a lovely patio area. Although it's in the host's back garden, it felt private. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend it to friends & family.

Smart supershed, handy for Heathrow.

Stayed overnight in this 'supershed' at the bottom of the host's garden after dropping someone off for an evening flight from Heathrow T4. It had been a long day so once we'd unpacked we drove into downtown Henley - the property is on the edge of town and, we judged, too far to walk there and back. Parked in the Waitrose car park (free after 6pm?). Next morning, as planned, we took in National Trust Greys Court & Nuffield Place, both just a few miles away, on the way home. Superb interior, everything new and of high build quality...would deffimose stay here again!

The Garden Room was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The owner was really lovely!

It was a perfect space with a very comfy bed! There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Perfect staycation

Beautifully quiet location, easy to find, perfect location for walking into Henley or driving further out as private parking available. Met the host on arrival who showed us in but otherwise left us to it so felt very private. Tea, coffee, milk and chocolate available too which was a nice touch

We found it got quite hot at night but otherwise no issues!

Location was perfect for our stay. The accommodation was lovely, clean and allowed us to come and go throughout the day. Facilities allowed us to flexible during our stay.

Excellent location. Perfect for our stay in Henley. Situated in nice quiet area just a 15 minute walk into town. Spotlessly clean with really comfy bed. Welcoming host with coffee, tea and milk in room on arrival.

Excellent stay in a quiet spot

The room was in a very quiet spot and there was off road parking. The room was very well equipped and had everything needed for our stay. This included a well equipped kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee and also fresh milk. There was an outside seating area which we unfortunately couldn’t use due to wet weather but would have been pleasant to do so if dry.

The only thing I didn’t like was the thick duvet which was too thick for summer months. Everything was great

Clean, modern, all you need for a short stay. If you have any questions, host is responsive.

Friendly, attentive host on site. Tea, milk, coffee, sugar and some chocolate biscuits provided by host. Lovely modern decor. Double or twin beds, need to decide what configuration will work best. Convenient shower room and kitchenette. Enjoyed a one night stay.. would work well for short stays, a few days or a week. Close to shops and near town centre.

Spacious, super clean and fresh. Everything that one needed was there including fresh milk. Furnishings very nice. Own patio and sun loungers too. Very nice indeed. Good parking.

We loved our stay here, so clean, comfortable and pretty.

The location was a lovely 15 minute walk from the Center. The accommodation was at the back of a large, beautiful garden, it was picture perfect👌🏾 . The accommodation had a double bed which was very comfortable, a small kitchenette, refreshments of tea coffee n water, a lovely shower room, seating area and table n chairs. All good quality, very clean and modern. The Patio doors open up to a lovely garden with an outdoor seating area and loungers. We absolutely loved this. The owners were super friendly and very helpful. We only saw them as we arrived and left so we enjoyed our privacy. Taxi from Henley Center was £8. We grabbed a taxi after a long day and night out. Absolutely will recommend this accommodation 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lovely stay

A gorgeous, self-contained property situated in the owners beautiful garden. There is an outside space with a table & sun loungers (if the weather is permitting!) Very clean, comfortable & well appointed. There was milk, tea, coffee & kitkats provided too 😋 The owners were very friendly too.

My one small issue was the blinds on the windows let a lot of light through, so I needed my eye mask to sleep well

Exactly what I was looking for

Perfect for my needs. The apartment was as new and came very well equipped with everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Very friendly and helpful host. One has ones own off street parking spot and with the way its situated (within a gated garden ) one feels extremely secure and safe.

Aconsejable

La dueña fue muy agradable. La habitación tiene el tamaño adecuado, muy bien aislada de frío y ruidos. Tiene calefacción que funciona muy bien y muchos muebles y cajones para dejar cosas. Tiene un jardin con tumbonas, mesa y sillas para poder disfrutar de un día de sol. El barrio es muy tranquilo y tiene un lugar para dejar el coche.

Lo único que no nos gustó, es que encontramos la cama un poco pequeña e incómoda.
