Appartamento Il Fraitevino Sestriere at Champlas du Col

Nyrenoverat med bra val av material, väldigt rymligt. Smidigt med garage i anslutning till hotellet som låg inne i byn (Sestriere), medan vårt boende var några kilometer utanför.

Boendets placering intill en trafikerad väg gjorde att sömnen stördes delvis.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. The apartment was equipped with everything you might need during your stay: washing machine, hair dryer, iron, dishwasher, oven, big fridge, the kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of cookware, plates, cups, and cutlery - everything you need to cook a full dinner. Heating was working well. Both beds were very comfy as well. Lots of free parking around. Very convenient location, just 7 min drive to the hotel where we were allowed to park and store our equipment during the whole stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We couldn’t not use the washing machine at the same time with the dishwasher or oven - the power went down a couple of times. There were four of us staying, and we had to wait at least half an hour between showers; otherwise there wouldn’t be enough hot water. I assume this is common in many mountain apartments and it wasn’t a big issue for us - we just planned around it

Schoon , genoeg wc papier en fijne toiletartikelen. Ook de slaapbank slaapt goed. Genoeg extra dekens. Parkeren direct bij de accommodatie is moeilijk in het hoogseizoen, maar een stukje verder is parkeerplek genoeg. Voor skivakantie is het fantastisch dat je gratis gebruik kunt maken van de parkeergarage van het hotel in Sestriere zelf (4km verder) en ook je ski’s en schoenen in de ruimte hiervoor kunt laten. Van hieruit kun je dan naar de pistes lopen. In het hoogseizoen is een parkeerplaats vinden in Sestriere namelijk een ramp. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam (ook in het Engels) Het appartement ligt in een schattig Italiaans bergdorpje, waar weliswaar een doorgaande weg is naar Sestriere, maar daar hebben wij geen last van ondervonden. S’avonds en s’nachts is het heel rustig.

Wifi is goed, behalve s’avonds als iedereen gebruik maakt van het internet (in het hoogseizoen), dan kan het momenten geven waarin het niet goed is.
