Localização excelente, apartamento pequeno, mas com espaço muito bem aproveitado. Boas louças e roupas de cama e banho e cozinha muitíssimo bem equipada.

O segundo quarto é muito pequeno e de ventilação precária. Transformaram a dependência em um segundo quarto, com cama bem pequena.

Apartamento organizado, limpo, e bem localizado. Tem um mercado a uma quadra e um ótimo restaurante na esquina.

The main bedroom has a comfortable bed, the kitchen is well equipped and the location is very good. Chocolates on arrival are a nice touch.

The property is managed by an AI system, which sends many messages via WhatsApp, requires an online check-in with copy of documents, facial recognition, credit card details (though full payment was charged 2 months ahead), and agreement to terms and conditions that differed from those in Booking.com at the time we reserved. If these steps are not followed, you are informed that you cannot check-in. We requested a late check-in due to our flight arrival. This request was not answered via Booking.com. We were advised to contact the property directly. We did and there was no response. We phoned and managed to speak with a receptionist who transferred the call but no one answered. Through WhatsApp we were then informed that there would be an extra cost and that an agent would be in charge. The day before, we received automated instructions that didn't take the late check-in into consideration. We phoned the property, an agency, and managed to speak with a person and agreed on process for the late check-in. Still, the communication on WhatsApp was inconsistent until we were on our way to the flat and received a message that someone was going to be there. Check-in then was quick. The flat corresponds to the pictures. However, the building has a dampness problem and it rained throughout our stay. This meant that air quality was poor. The second bedroom is tiny, the bed is quite small, and requires air-conditioning for ventilation that is not ideal on damp and cold days. The kitchen is well equipped but basics such as coffee, sugar that are often provided were not available. The sofa is very uncomfortable. Although there are 2 TVs, the one in the bedroom only includes a local channel. Overall maintenance in the flat has been poor:cleaning of lower standard than what is expected, scratches on walls, damp curtains, etc. The pictures provided are nice but do not portray the reality that we found. The flat is in need of better care and management.
