Como a avenida é muito movimentada, faz um pouco de barulho a noite toda.

Localização excelente . Top !!! Perto de tudo . Portaria 24 h com segurança na entrada .

Limpeza a desejar , bem razoável . Rotatividade do apto deve ser grande . No check in toalhas estavam molhadas , roupa de cama insuficiente para 5 pessoas . Armários de cozinha bem sujos . Mesmo reclamando com o administrador do apto não houve solução . Indico o apto pela localização .

We thought the location was excellent. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood with some excellent restaurants right on the doorstep. The views were great and the apartment is spacious. The pre arrival entry information was convenient and the door staff for the building were also very helpful. We found the bed very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the apartment fell down in a number of areas. It is very poorly maintained in spite of it being a short rental property. En-suite sink didn’t drain and the toilet hose doesn’t work. The lounge sofa smells and is very stained. Bed sheets smelled musty Window in bathroom jammed open Neither patio door can be secured shut Creepy crawlies found in kitchen cupboards and in wardrobe. No kitchen bin Furniture and fittings weathered We alerted the management company to these issues which will hopefully be rectified for future guests. All of the above marred our stay in Rio and we will not return to this apartment.
