Casa Marie - Albir

Fijn huisje met een super tuin incl eigen zwembad en dakterras. Ontzettend goed bevallen en ook zeker de contact via Jumate Rentals, goed geregeld en flexibiliteit waar mogelijk. Bedankt voor de fijne vakantie!

La casa es preciosa tiene de todo y no le falta detalle, toda clase de electrodomésticos tanto dentro de la casa como fuera ( zona de barbacoa ) la ubicación es excelente. Christine y Henk muy simpáticos , agradables y atentos en todo momento, 10 dias de vacaciones para repetir sin duda, casa marie es un acierto en todos los sentidos..

Location was quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. Villa was well equipped in terms of plates, cutlery etc. Also had plenty of outdoor seating with cushions and plenty of shade too. Pool was clean and lovely to dip into on the hot days of June!

It would have been nice to have had a few basics such as bin bags etc. There was also no welcome booklet to explain the basics such as getting rid of rubbish etc. Christine and her husband were very helpful in resolving the garage door which would not open and also tried to fix the remote issue for the fan in the guest bedroom, but no success. A sad note was the cash deposit paid on arrival to Christine of 500 euro which, was to be returned on the day of check out, due to Christine not able to attend as agreed to check the property and refund the cash, it was to be refunded by bank acc transfer. This took 2 weeks and when it arrived if was 435 euros, when asked, I was told it was the law and that customers have never queried this and are happy to accept the loss of 65 euros. The charges were not made clear in any documents and were not our bank charges so can only assume as no reply, that we paid for their business charges.
