Albir Ibo Holiday Apt

Fantastic apartment with fabulous balcony and lovely gardens to the rear. In a perfect location of Albir, a very short walk to the seafront, shops and loads of lovely eating places / restaurants. The views from the apartment are great, if you look left is to seafront and with glimpses of boats passing by, looking ahead is a view up to the start of the main thoroughfare/ lively area, and the view to the front is a long row of palm trees but still the apartment terrace is blessed with sun all day….just move the chairs throughout the day to get the perfect tan. Situated down below the apartment is a quiet row of truly lovely coffee shops, vegan juice bars and lovely restaurants. This apartment has it all….if you choose to eat in, there is a lovely dining table and chairs and if eating alfresco, the gorgeous balcony has lovely table and chairs. You could eat out but….this apartment is equipped with every single cooking implement you could possibly need. The kitchen is IMMACULATE. You can stock up the big fridge/freezer. No need to wash any dishes after cooking on the hob/oven/microwave as there is a dishwasher. Massive bonus is the washing machine as not only can you freshen up your favourite clothes to wear again on your holiday but……who on earth wants to take home dirty washing! Honestly I can’t think of anything this apartment doesn’t have. The smartly decorated open plan lounge area has a beautiful comfortable sofa and swirling chair to relax…I’ve just noticed a tv as I was typing this message lol, the decor and furniture is so nice, the shower is absolutely perfect and the shower room is big and well laid out. Towels and lots more provided. The bed is super comfy. Everything was spotless and there are loads of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans so no need to worry about the dishwasher finishing. Great heating and air con system. The property felt safe and secure with nice entrances and lifts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment as a family! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality as our host Andrei went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Communication was excellent throughout and every little detail in the apartment showed great thought and care. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the beach, surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, gyms and shops, yet still very quiet and relaxing. The pool in the yard was not used extensively by neighbours and there were days when it was pretty much like our own private pool. Overall, everything we needed was within easy reach and the neighbourhood felt safe and family-friendly. The apartment itself was very nice indeed, spotless, bright, and perfectly equipped, with all amenities you could wish for during a family holiday. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. What stood out for us the most was Andrei's attitude: always available, providing useful local recommendations, attentive without being intrusive and genuinely committed to ensuring that we have a great experience. He also helped to organize a pick up from Alicante airport at the very short notice, which was very much appreciated, as was his flexibility to allow for a late check-out. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and personal care - massive thanks! All in all, a fantastic place to stay — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

what we didn't like is that we had only 12 days at the property :) :) We promise to do better next time around. Thanks again.
