The apartment is on the second floor, it consists of 110 m2, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom, living room and 3 terraces.

The master bedroom is 20 m2, has a terrace with sea views, a 180x200 cm bed with a new pocket spring and latex mattress, 2 side tables and a large wardrobe, as well as a chest of drawers and a work table.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 90x200 cm beds, with new pocket spring mattresses, 2 side tables, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Also with sea views.
The 40 m2 living room is comfortable, with a dining area and a linen sofa and natural wood furniture. In addition, there is a TV with international channels.
From the living room there is access to a large terrace, with direct views of the sea and two very comfortable Adirondack seats and an outdoor dining area.
The kitchen, completely new and open to the living room, and therefore to the sea, has everything you could expect, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, mixer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and iron.
From the kitchen there is access to another semi-closed terrace, where there is the washing machine and a clothesline, the ironing board, as well as cleaning products, and the hammocks, chair and beach umbrella.
The bathroom, also renovated, has a shower with a stone tray and transparent glass screen, Grohe taps, and a sink with two drawers, where you can find a hair dryer.

Amazing location and views. Everything you'd need for a perfect holiday in a beautiful area. High quality furnishing and equipment. Restaurants on the doorstep. Would highly recommend Gurkha Restaurant. However we did cook our own meal several times as the the facilities in the apartment were so good and the views in the evening were wonderful. We saw bats flying past and the lights of other resorts twinkled along with the stars above us.

Luis who greeted us was very helpful and is always on hand if needed. The apartment is spotless with lovely modern furnishings, a large walk in shower, very well equipped kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. All the amenities required are available, Wi-Fi, air con, washing machine, washing line, ironing board, dishwasher, hairdryer etc. No need for a car at this apartment as it is close to everything. Bars and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. There is also a small supermarket just outside on the beachfront for any essentials. The icing on the cake is the view of the sea and the Passeig de les Estrelles from the large balcony. If you haven’t been to Albir before, take the no 10 bus from the bus stop outside Cafe D’Origen only 5 mins walk away and take a trip to Altea. You can walk back along the sea front.We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment is well positioned to enjoy views of the sea and access to the promenade right along to Altea. Very well equipped and easy to manage. Easy walking distance to many excellent cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets. Public transport also reasonably accessible. All in all a very good holiday let.
