Nicely located, clean and functional facilities inside the house
The checking process was horrible! One of the worst I have experienced. You need internet and phone to enter the house! As a traveler, it was not always case

Location was ideal for Florence. South side of the river, so after just a few minutes you were in a quiet neighborhood, yet it was still just a short walk to all the touristy things Florence has to offer.
It was all good. No issues.
