Al principio estuvimos alojados arriba con poco espacio pero la dueña al día siguiente nos cambió y nos ofreció el desayuno para compensarnos esa noche . Una mujer que se ha desvivido por hacer la estancia más agradable .

Nincs klíma, de éjszaka még fel tudtunk frissülni. Szúnyoghálót minden ablakra kellene tenni, mert rengeteg a szúnyog! Csak hogy lehessen sokat szellőztetni!

The location was very convenient, just a short distance from the city center. The bus stop is only a 4-minute walk from the hotel, and the bus ride to the city centre of Salzburg takes around 15 to 23 minutes. We initially paid for the bus tickets ourselves, but the hotel reimbursed us for the full cost. Having transportation to the city included was an amazing benefit and something we really appreciated. The hotel itself was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every morning, breakfast was delivered directly to our room, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety of options

However, the apartment fell far short of what was advertised on Booking.com. Missing Amenities: A washing machine and drying rack were listed, but neither was available. We were also promised a baby crib on Booking.com, but it was not provided upon arrival. Uncomfortable Conditions: We visited with a kid and a toddler during a heatwave. Despite requesting fans weeks in advance, we were given two tiny fans that barely cooled one person, let alone an entire room. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi in the room and a major issue with mosquitoes. Poor Hospitality & Supplies: Basic essentials were lacking. We were given only 2 dishwasher tablets for a 3-night stay. When I asked for more, the host told me those were "extra" and suggested I wash dishes by hand (I had to ask twice to finally get them). The hand soap ran out after one night, and both the hand soap and dish gel were heavily watered down. I had to go to the owner's house just to get soap refilled. Overall, the lack of promised amenities made staying here with young children very difficult.
