Good place to stay

The location was close to the town centre, so it was ideal for us. The place is fully furnished and nicely decorated throughout. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and clean. It also had a cupboard full of supplies, including towels and toilet paper, which was very useful to have during our stay. The host was friendly and gave us an electronic key code to get into the property.

The front entrance lacked a welcoming feel, giving more the impression of a private townhouse than guest accommodation. Parking was limited, and we had to leave our car at the Co-op supermarket, which was a fair distance away. There were no outdoor amenities, and the backyard felt enclosed by dark walls with minimal natural light. The beds were uncomfortable due to overly soft and springy mattresses. Additionally, the presence of numerous cables and adapters made the space appear somewhat cluttered. While the property had been decorated in a modern style, it still required a bit of TLC to bring it up to a more comfortable and inviting standard.

Highly recommended, brill location, clean and spacious

Great central location, right opposite a great pub 👍🏻 Brilliant electronic locking door so a group doesn’t have to worry about keys.

It doesn’t have off road parking. Although excellent secure facilities for push bikes round the back, and we got our motorbikes safely parked at the back as well.

Cyclist-friendly home in the heart of town

This is a great stay for cyclists ... and everyone else. It is a two floor townhouse with heaps of rooms including a stoage room for bikes behind the kitchen. It is in the centre of town, can sleep six, has numerous separate rooms to spread out in, great heating, great hot water, and great wifi. The instructions for self check-in using a door code worked perfectly. The host was very helpful and even looked after the laptop I left behind until I could return by train to collect it - much appreciated. We'd stay here gain.
