Da localização, comodidades, itens de higiene pessoal de boa qualidade, toalhas e lençóis de qualidade e cheirosos. Eles respondem rapidamente as mensagens. Tudo funciona bem no apartamento.
A limpeza do apartamento é apenas razoável, mas os corredores e escadas que dão acesso estavam muito sujos. Parece que não limpam as escadas há muito tempo e isso dá uma péssima impressão do local. As escadas de acesso são íngremes e irregulares. Acho que deveriam esclarecer melhor no anúncio que o apartamento é no 4° andar.

The location is excellent and convenient！The room is tidy and cozy. The room is on the fourth floor, but the staff kindly helped carry the heavy luggage upstairs.

Die Lage ist perfekt und die Wohnung sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und alle Reinigungsmittel die man in Küche und Bad benötigt, sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Am Parkettboden sind einige Stäbchen lose, die immer mal wieder rausgefallen sind und einem am Fuß hingen, aber das ist ein Luxusproblem. Es gab sonst nichts negatives.

Localisation parfaite et lit très confortable
Le ménage laissait à désirer, que ce soit dans le logement (énormément de poussière sous le lit, parquet de la chambre qui colle, douche peu propre…)
L’appartement est très mal insonorisé : lorsque la voisine italienne parle au téléphone ou va aux toilettes, on entend absolument tout !
