Stunning views, prime location, and zero compromises. Highly recommended.

This apartment delivers Monaco in its purest form. Located on the 12th floor, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view—from the mountains on the French side, stretching across Monte Carlo’s iconic high-rises, all the way down to the sea. The view alone is worth it. The apartment is comfortable and practical, with a kitchen fully equipped with all essential amenities, so you’re not forced to live on overpriced restaurant food. The location is simply unbeatable. In less than a 10-minute walk, you’re at the famous Casino and Hotel de Paris, complete with lean and mean security guards who make it very clear that filming is not welcome. Across the street, there’s a well-stocked supermarket with acceptable prices and good product variety, which is surprisingly convenient for such a prestigious area.

I’m very very very very much disappointed,worse experience ever. They need to do better.

The location is good honestly.

Firstly the room was dusty and the linen didn’t smell fresh at all,we checked out immediately to go look for another place for our stay. Secondly,that noisy unstable sofa bed needs to be replaced if they are going to continue charging that price. The communication between the host was off a bit just because we told them that the room was not as we expected.

Bezug der gebuchten Ferienwohnung war NICHT möglich !!! Der "Portier" konnte KEIN Englisch (Laut Internet waren 3 Sprachen möglich : Englisch, Französisch, Italienisch) und war Nicht bereit, die ausgedruckten emails anzusehen. Nachdem er eine Dauermieterin begleitet hatte, kam er zurück, verschloß sein Büro, ließ mich wie einen dummen Jungen stehen und VERSCHWAND wortlos !!!

La camera doveva essere pronta per le 15, a quell’ora mi presento nella stanza e vedo una ragazza che butta fuori dalla stanza delle borse, si sente nel frattempo una bambina piangere da dentro alla stanza. Contatto l’assistenza e mi viene detto che c’è un problema al bagno, ma non sembrava per nulla che ci fosse un addetto alla sistemazione all’interno. Mi fanno aspettare due ore senza più aggiornarmi, fino a quando alle 18 mi presento alla stanza e mi apre una specie di idraulico chiedendomi ancora di aspettare, dico che dopo 5 ore di viaggio e oltre 3 ore di ritardo mi sono rotto di aspettare ed entro nella stanza. Il personaggio ha lasciato la stanza bagnata fino alla cucina e con pezzi di feci dovuti alla fuoriuscita dallo scarico del wc. L’assistenza viene informata e mi viene detto che l’odoro nauseabondo è normale. Valutate voi. Per il resto posizione comoda, bella vista. I muri e in generale la struttura non è per nulla spaziosa, il letto è un divano letto che cigola abbastanza, ho trovato asciugamani sporchi, mi sono arrangiato ad asciugare e a rimuovere i pezzi rimanenti nel pavimento e nel lavandino. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo l'arredamento dell'appartamento..la struttura ..i mobili gli specchi la vista super mozzafiato😻🇮🇩tutto Meraviglioso

Mancava poca acqua sia nel lavandino in bagno e nella doccia e lavandino troppo piccolo difficile per lavarsi la faccia staccarsi e lavarsi i denti ..questo l'unico difetto che poteva essere migliorato
