Free Parking, Pet Friendly, Close to DT

The property could accommodate 5 of us quite well. The 2 bedrooms were big enough. It was also clean and neat. For 1 night stay, it was ok.

The location advertised is INCORRECT - advertised as 1403 26a St SW which is very close to the Shaganappi train station (550m), just 1 min walk and the main reason why I booked this place. The real address was 2218 30 Ave SW which is 6km away from the station! A few issues: - the property didn't provide any check-in instructions until we arrived the first address. I had to call them up to get the instructions and they said they couldn't reach me? I was already messaging them many times on the booking.com chat. They then had the cheek to let me know I was at the wrong place and asked me to go to the 2nd address, stating that it was booking.com's fault that the address was advertised incorrectly! Luckily we had a rented car that we could use to go to the second address but thereafter, we couldn't use the train to travel around Calgary after returning the rented car. - check in door access code that was provided couldn't work and we had to try many times with other codes and having to call on WhatsApp with the property mgmt (we are foreigners hence using data call makes more sense instead of local calls). Finally, it was the cleaning lady who let us in as we checked in early in order to leave our luggage there and the original door code finally worked! This was the only + point where the property allowed us to leave our luggage early (around 2pm by the time we sorted out things instead of 12.30pm) - the property can actually accommodate 6 pax but the dining table can only seat 3 pax! Property is 1 of 4-plex and we had the unit 3 at the back, no issues there other than it is sort of half at basement level. I hope booking.com take measures to ensure addresses & location are as advertised. Felt so cheated on the location.
