About this cottage rental
This renovated 1910 century home is located just minutes from the heart of downtown in one of the most charming and quiet areas of Calgary. Walk, ride or train to any of Calgary's attractions easily from this centrally located cottage. This upper unit has two well appointed luxurious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 in queen beds. The bathroom is bright and clean. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and fridge with ice maker for those happy hour drinks on the porch while watching the local commuters ride or walk home from work. Everything is new in this lovely home. The front courtyard is fairly private with a great porch with BBQ for entertaining or relaxing. Groceries, liquor, and baking are available from either local/organic shops or large chains only a block away. The bright living/dining area has large SMART TV, stereo, bar and dining for 6-8 people. There is a shared laundry room with state of the art laundry facilities.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our daughter over Christmas. The house os so cute and everything well appointed. The hosts were very attentive to detail with lovely soaps, cream in the fridge and coffee when we arrived. The location is fantastic too. We would absolutely stay here again and hope that we get the opportunity.

This property is a gem. Conveniently located in a lovely quiet neighborhood with easy street parking right out front. Beautifully decorated inside with all the comforts and amenities you’d desire. It lacked nothing! Cathy and Tim were friendly and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay there again. 10 out of 10!

Great place.. easy access to restaurants and shops. Quick train ride to downtown or walk (25 min)comfy beds, laundry, quite street, nice deck for morning coffee. They include coffee and there were spices and some condiments in fridge. If there are more than a couple people maybe a small couch or another patio chair would be nice. there are 2 chairs and a bench on deck.
