Whether meeting a friend for coffee, grabbing a meal at one of the Kensington’s over 28 restaurants, shopping for the latest style trends or checking off your to-do list with ease, everything you need is within steps of your front door.

Organic market, Safeway, spin classes, Orange Theory, a container park, cat cafe, wine stores, boutique shops, cupcake shop, cheese store, Ethiopian restaurant, container bar, spas, raw vegan restaurant, we have it all!

Rooftop patio is CLOSED during the winter season, typically from November 1 to April 30 annually. Please note that opening and closing dates are subject to building announcements, weather conditions, and seasonal changes.

PARKING: There is visitor parking that is only to be used momentarily while checking in. We do not guarantee parking will be available.

If you require parking we have a stall at a neighbouring building for a fee.

Sleeping space(s): Queen bed in the bedroom, an extra large closet with an additional queen bed (available as needed), and a sofa bed. This suite can sleep up to five guests.

Welcome! This walk out suite offers floor to ceiling windows that look out on to an extra large, private patio with lounging space, a picnic table and more. Enjoy the top of the line appliances, large island and the comforts of being located in the heart of Kensington.

The suite is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable trip. From shampoos and body-wash to salt, pepper and oil. We supply fresh linens and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The building has a gorgeous rooftop patio with views of Sunnyside, downtown, the mountains and Kensington. Enjoy your sunrises and sunsets while sitting around the fire table, grilling up something delicious or walking your dog! Yes, there’s also a dog park on the roof. :)

The property is located steps from the Sunnyside LRT (light rail train) Station. This is one stop from downtown and only minutes to the Calgary Stampede station. Quick access to the Calgary Zoo and Science Centre.

There are endless walking pathways leading you everywhere from Prince’s Island and Downtown to SAIT and Crescent Heights.

Uber, personal car or Turo are great options as well.

PARKING: There is visitor parking that is restricted to use for 4-hours per day. We do not guarantee parking will be available. For paid parking please enquire.

SECOND BED: This is accessed through the Primary bedroom, inside the extra large walk-in closet.
PETS: All pets must be approved prior to booking.

Please note that by booking the suite you are agreeing to all house rules. Ensure they are read and understood.

This is a ground floor unit with access via the back of the building (alley).

⚠️ Rooftop Amenity Closure Notice:
Please note that the building's rooftop amenity area will be unavailable from July 3–12, 2026, due to a temporary closure mandated by the Condominium Corporation during the Calgary Stampede period.

Access to the rooftop will not be permitted for residents or guests during these dates. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

It was at a great location in Kensington which many restaurants and grocery stores are walking distance. There is also a train station just a minute away. The property is very nice and clean. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate. I would definitely stay here again.
