Enjoy Colosseum Apartment

Most of the time, when I stay somewhere like this, it feels like I’m staying in someone else’s home, and there is evidence of the previous guests. Not here. It’s pristine. No marks on the walls. No cracked tiles, no stains - it’s a real credit to the host and the cleaner! Everything we needed was there. From coffee makers to toasters and bottle openers. Even spare plugs (in the brass bowl). The air conditioning was awesome. It wasn’t aggressive with cold spots and normal points - it was even throughout. And the kids loved the coloured lights in the showers too!! Beds were super comfortable - which, let’s face it, is probably the most important part. And the building is quiet through the night. Definitely a must stay location too! Monti is lovely and the walks to the rest of the city could easily be done by metro or taxi or bus.

There are hardly any negatives to this apartment. The kitchen could be bigger. But it’s designed to be functional with one person preparing - so stay out of their way and all will be good!! Some might prefer a balcony with a view - but honestly for us, the apartment was a refuge from the heat, so it was only a morning coffee that was enjoyed out there.

Apartment was lovely, clean and in a great location. Lady was lovely and showed us all the facilities.

We had very loud drilling from the above apartment from 9am. It was so loud we could not hear one another. We know people have to do work but we should have been informed so we could make a decision before we paid our none refundable apartment
