The property is clean and spacious, bed comfy, ceiling fan is installed, owner was very quick to put insect net around the bed at my request although insects weren't much of a problem. The kitchen is equipped with what you'll need if you want to cook a meal.
I had the whole first floor for myself, owners live upstairs - separate entrance, so privacy wasn't an issue.
A three minute walk gets you to the beach where you'll find beach bars/restaurants with amazing vibe and affordable prices. My favourite was Indika Beach Bar, the guys there are amazing.
The owners Ruchira and his wife were amazing hosts, very helpful and attentive - they made my stay here perfect!

Very clean and spacious, helpful and friendly hosts. They brought me Self-made cake from time to time 🙂 They also can supply lunch+dinner for a reasonable price if needed. You can hear the train when it comes by, but thats not at night time. No sounds at all from the street
