Sea Oats 401 - Beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath Ocean Front Corner Unit - Prime Location!

The location was amazing with fantastic views of the sea!

The running water from the sink in the bathroom off the hall was very slow.

The condo was beautiful. The space was comfortable. The view was amazing.

Beautiful place 10/10, don't look any further. View from the balcony is amazing. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Well equipped apartment with everything needed to enjoy beach vacation. This place is exactly as described in the ad. Owner is very helpful and quickly responds to chat. This place is literally on the beach, as soon as you leave pool area you are on the beach. Many restaurants are located within walking distance.

Great location, right on the beach with a beautiful view, nice pool. Cafes and small grocery store close to the property.

The kitchen appliances weren’t clean. Some dishes were even properly washed. We put all dishes into dishwasher to make sure all is clean. The couch in the living area was dirty and bumpy, looked like needed a good wash or to be replaced. Even cushions’ covers weren’t changed. All white doors needed to be cleaned around the handles. The balcony door was very hard to open or to close. We had an older lady with us so she always needed our help to do so. The bathroom tap water flow was very weak. It could be lovely apartment with a little of love and care. The top of all - two guys came in through the front door without even knocking. They said they were cleaners but they certainly didn’t look like them. They didn’t wear any uniform or had a badge. Nothing like this. They were two young boys in there twenties looking strange. It’s good that all of us were at home. That was were unpleasant incident.
