About this apartment rental
This luxury 3rd floor corner unit is ideally located for directly on the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Furnished & professionally decorated with a Cape Cod flare. As soon as you walk through the door the stunning stone tile will take you down the path to see endless Gulf views and the most spectacular sunsets on the beach. The spacious open living, dining & kitchen floor plan is great for entertaining. The coastal cottage style kitchen with maple cabinets and granite counter tops will take your breath away. Fully equipped for those evenings you decide to cook in. The dining room table seats 6 with 4 bar stools along the kitchen peninsular. The living room area has a 55" flat screen feel free to stream your favorite shows, just log in with your own passcodes. The Tommy Bahamas decorated master suite features a king size Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds both bedrooms have a 32" flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom. The laundry room has full size washer/dryer. You're just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand beach where we have our newly renovated one of kind "Beach Cave" located on the ground level for our guests ONLY right next to the beach access door leading to the beach and pool where you will find all the beach gear, refrigerator, towels and toys for the little ones you will need.

Tiki huts, BBQ area and two designated parking spots
Hop on the Jolly Trolley and explore the beach. We have a stop right out front of the condo.
Please note - we rent Saturday to Saturday only during Spring and Summer High Seasons.

Condo was beautiful with everything we needed. The direct view of the beach from the balcony was outstanding. We loved having the beach cave which was stocked with every beach supply you would ever need.

We had a great stay and would definitely return. The location was fantastic—easy access to everything we needed—and check-in was simple and stress-free. Parking was convenient and plentiful.The beach hut itself was convenient and stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and met all expectations. The kitchen included all the essentials, which made meals easy and enjoyable.Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Everything about this condo is perfect. Beautiful view, super clean, very nice decor, love the beach shed for easy access to any beach accessory you can think of. Host is amazing. You cannot go wrong with this beautiful beach house.

The condo was very clean, beautiful decorated with amazing views! One important aspect was the temperature of the condo since it would become uncomfortably warm during the day. The thermostat is controlled by the nest/owners and defaults during the day to 78 degrees when the thermostat doesn’t sense motion. Then when you returned, the unit would come on but it would take awhile to cool off to 72 degrees. The temperature also increased at night while we slept, but thankfully not to 78 degrees! Note, 72 degrees is the lowest the owners would allow the temperature to fall and is somewhat warm for Florida in August in our opinion. The owners were contacted but did not budge from the 72 degree temperature when we asked if it could be dropped to at least 70 degrees. So if you like a cooler home, this place may not be the right choice.
