The rooms were big. The location was close to the center of town. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The lift was a bonus.

The property only accepts M-Pesa — no cash, card, or Booking.com payment options. As international guests without local M-Pesa, we were told to deposit cash into a digital wallet via staff assistance. However, the staff deposited the cash directly to the property m-pesa instead and then asked us to pay an additional transaction fee. (What we understood is deposit to m-pesa is free) This made the payment process stressful and inconvenient, and it feels the setup mainly caters to local guests. Also property said washing machine available but guests can't use it themselves as they are locked in the balcony, the staff told us they do the laundry for free, but then we were told this only applies to clothes worn during the stay, and not to clothes guests arrive with, which was not communicated in advance. Greater transparency around payment methods and laundry conditions would significantly improve the guest experience, especially for international travellers.

Easily accessible in Nanyuki town with very clear directions and guest friendly.The house is very spacious and clean.

We loved the house. It was spacious and clean. Great and secure parking and a wonderful host too. The price is very pocket friendly. It was one of our highlights of our trip to Nanyuki. A solid 10 this one.
