The property is as it in the booking.com advert. The host is so kind, and the view is great.
It is secure in a gated community, fresh air, quiet and scenic.

It's a self-catering location. The shops are a bit of a drive away so you must ensure you bring along all your provisions in advance. Otherwise it's a quiet out of the way location if you are looking for that kind of facility
Requires maintenance of the compound (tall back yard grass etc), glaring bright neighbour's security lights at night, provide more security padlocks for the gate and inhouse doors

The Serenity and the view of the place. Constant engagement by property owner and escort to the premises. It was seamless.
The murram road to the premises was a bit rough but passable.
