Great location in Surin - walking distance to the beach. Prompt reply from owner & was able to get a second key card so I could leave the aircon running. Good access to amenities eg. The resort pool
The bed was rock hard & uncomfortable & only 2 pillows provided. The bathroom had a bad smell. There was rubbish in the shower from the previous guest & the kitchen was very dusty. No water provided on arrival (tap water not drinkable)
