Stunning 2BR Apartment in Melb CBD with Pool and Gym

The property is in a great location.

Descrbing it as stunning is a stretch. It is very compact. Wouldn’t want to stay there if it was hot, air conditioning was not cooling. One bedroom had no air conditioner or fan. The whole time we were there we had to open the windows which then made it quite noisy. During our stay the pool, spa and rubbish chutes were out of action which was disappointing. We were only able to get one key/fob which required a lot more planning when going out.

Area

There is loud air conditioning noise (all day) made it hard to sleep at night

I really enjoyed the location. I also enjoyed the ease of the property.

One of the towels had someone else’s hair on it when I went to use it and tv remote needs new batteries.

POOL, GYM, SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM AND SPA WAS FABULOUS SEBASTIAN WAS EXCELLENT BY HELPING ME WITH THE TV,

HOST DID NOT SEND US THE INFO IN REGARDS TO COLLECT THE KEYS TILL COUPLE HOURS PRIOR CHECK IN. THE TV HAD BE CONTROLLED MANUALLY. THE SOFA WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THERE WAS NO IRONING BOARD - I HAD TO REQUEST IT FROM SEBASTIAN THE ROOM WAS VERY VERY NOISY DUE TO THE VENTILATION - I COULD NOT SLEEP DUE TO THE NOISE.
