Great location; nice view; apartment has fridge, stove, washing machine and dryer

There’s a permanent noise in the apartment, like a noisy fan. It gets annoying after some time.

Location was good. It was clean and tidy, and the furniture was all comfortable. Laundry detergent and dishwasher powder were provided. The view was great, and was close to public transport and shops.

The photos show two different bathrooms - the one we had was quite small, and the shower was difficult to move around in. Not an issue, however we were expecting the pictured bathroom. The gym and pool info was incorrect in a few places including the print out on the table (though correct in the QR code/link on the wall), so that was rather confusing.

The location is fantastic! The tram stop is a short walk away, supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores all within easy reach. Queen Victoria Market is very close too.I could even walk to Bourke street. You could catch the train from Melbourne Central station easily as well. In spite of the location, it is quiet. The washing machine and detergent were very useful. Dishwashing detergent and sponge were provided as well. Swimming pool and Spa pool on the 9th floor were wonderful. View from the apartment was beautiful.

Key collection was inconvenient. I gave the property my flight details. And I gave them an estimate of the time I would arrive at the property. I was 7 minutes late and the agent was not around. We could not enter the lobby without the key fob. Fortunately I had a roaming service set up so I could call the company. Even with that, we had to wait 20 minutes before the agent showed up. We were fortunate, it was not raining that night. The apartment is not the cleanest. The first night we were there, I discovered black mold spots on the duvet cover. I contacted the company and was told that they would send someone the next morning to deal with it as it was already almost 8pm. Fortunately there was a spare flat sheet in the cupboard. I could remove the duvet and could sleep on the bed. I contacted the company asking for a top up of the shower gel around the 7th day of my stay, I was assured that they would top it up the following day. It was never replenished. I had to buy my own. There is no cold water at the kitchen faucet. And the water heats up very quickly. Bring along a pair of rubber gloves if you plan to wash glasses or plates by hand.

The location was great. The view was great.

The bed linen had to be washed as there was hair throuhout the bed and a stain on the the mattress protector. The bathroom floor had to be cleaned due to dust and hair on it. The carpet vaccuumed due to the amount of hair on it. The toilet seat was broken and kept falling on you when you sat down. The bed was uncomfortable and extremely hard. The pillows were poor and the there wasnt enough variety of utensils for cooking. It was like someone was in the apartment and vacated just before I arrived. It was not suitable for a new stay and for cost you would expect a very clean and comfortable apartment. Would also suggest providing the option for streaming services on the TV to allow visitors to log into their own during the stay.
